We founded Hybrid Integration after years of facing the same challenges in microelectronic and photonic packaging.
As customers ourselves, it was difficult to find solutions that really met both our technical and business requirements. Custom packaging options were slow, hard to access, risky and inflexible, and complex processes and communication challenges made projects resource intensive.
These challenges were compounded when suppliers didn’t fully understand our problem or design requirements, adding management overhead and uncertainty – and forcing us to make compromises.
We set up Hybrid Integration to change this.
We start by understanding your application and the problem you need to solve, then work with you to help specify a packaging approach that fits the project – not the other way around. We’re also developing a pre-qualified and customisable advanced packaging platform, reinforcing our commitment to making advanced packaging faster and more reliable.
We work as a technical partner, not just a supplier. That means practical advice, clear communication and hands-on involvement at every stage. Whether you need targeted support or full project delivery, our aim is to provide solutions that help your projects move forward.
Our team
We’re a small, tight-knit team of four with over 40 years’ experience in solving packaging problems. Our head office is based in the heart of Torbay, a region with a long history in microelectronics and photonics, giving us direct access to a network of experts and cutting-edge facilities.
